These sessions go beyond typical yoga instruction by focusing on the movements, poses, and flows that best support your body, your goals, and any limitations you may be working around. Whether you are looking to improve mobility, build strength, support recovery, modify around an injury, or simply feel more confident in your practice, yoga can be adapted to meet your needs.

Rather than forcing your body to fit the pose, I help tailor the pose to fit you — your body, your goals, and your current season of life.
