Group Fitness Instruction

Group fitness should do more than just give you a good sweat — it should help you move well, feel strong, and support your body in a meaningful way.

As a Physical Therapist and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I bring a higher level of movement knowledge to every session. My approach goes beyond leading a workout. I provide thoughtful cues, form corrections, exercise options, and modifications to help you get the most out of each session while moving safely and confidently.

I offer both group fitness classes and individualized fitness sessions, depending on the level of support and personalization you need. Whether you are newer to exercise, returning after an injury, working around limitations, or simply wanting a more tailored approach, sessions can be adapted to your body, your goals, and your current fitness level

Group classes are designed to be fun, effective, and approachable, with upbeat energy and options for a variety of fitness levels. Individualized sessions offer more one-on-one guidance for those who want extra support with form, exercise selection, modifications, or building confidence in movement.
