Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Functional Dry Needling® Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness and Wellness Specialist, and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher

Jamie Makayla Carver

When pain, dysfunction, or movement limitations affect your body, they can influence every part of your life — from how you exercise and work to how you rest, recover, and show up each day. My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies, move with more confidence, and return to the activities they love with greater ease.

My approach is highly individualized and intentionally designed around the whole person. I believe effective care should not only address pain, but also support the way you move, function, train, recover, and care for your body over time. By blending physical therapy, movement expertise, wellness guidance, and specialized treatment techniques, I help clients pursue meaningful progress in a way that feels supportive, personalized, and sustainable.

I graduated with honors from Michigan State University and earned my advanced degree in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. Since then, I have continued to expand my training across rehabilitation, Functional Dry Needling, fitness, yoga, and wellness so I can offer a more comprehensive and elevated level of care.

With a unique blend of clinical knowledge and movement-based expertise, I serve clients in ways that go beyond traditional rehab. My work includes individualized physical therapy, Functional Dry Needling, personalized movement guidance, yoga, group fitness, and wellness support — all tailored to your body, your goals, and your season of life.
